Screening of "Uncrowded" and "Death to the Camera" short films in 14th International Student Film Festival Tel Aviv.


"Uncrowded" and "Death to the camera" will be screened Thursday, June 7, in 14th International Student Film Festival Tel Aviv.

Synopsis:
A nine year old child in Kabul decides to build a house to escape his boredom but first must overcome a number of obstacles in order to do so.




"Death to the Camera" Documentary short film by Seyyed Qasem Husseini

Synopsis:
A camera moves among women working their last day on a job site. Is the camera revealing anything truthful, or simply inciting these women to present what they think ‘the other’ wants to hear – or what might get them something from the world on the other side of the camera? Who is on the other side of that camera anyway?

These films are participating in the "Mediterranean and Middle East Spotlight"

Also "The Glasses" Fiction Short film by Seyyed Hussein Mousavi was screened Sunday, 03/06/12, 22:00, Cinematheque 4.

Synopsis:
A story about two friends; a boy and a girl. Mehrab finds a book and takes it home. Raheleh accidentally sees it. Since neither of them can read it, they go to Raheleh`s grandfather, so he would teach them to read, though, an accident occurs with the grandfather's glasses.

About Tel Aviv International Student Film Festival:
Festivals in the world for student films, and is considered one of the most important in this field.
